-
A shade of blue
-
-
A shade of blue
Fell and covered you by whole
Somehow you disappeared
Before I knew
Even the brightest star in the sky
Even the full moon, which,
Brightens the darkest night
Failed to give you shine.
-
As I stared into the distant sky
Thinking of you and wondering why
The you now, I know not
Where did you go, little Blanchett?
-
It's useless, I know well,
To complain why you are not the same
You have traveled far and wide
While here I had to stay
-
Looking back into the past
I can't help but to recall our song
Our long forgotten lullabies
The time we spent is frozen in my mind
-
I will sing this song for last
As I too, am no longer the same
You shall no more be biased
As we are both but inexperienced dames.
-
Now,
A shade of blue
Falls and covers us by whole
Somehow we disappear
Before anyone knows
-
And no star nor moon nor the sun
May shine into both our lives.
